Mineral water can be safely defined as potable water, containing the necessary Mineral nutrients required by the body and beneficial to human metabolism.

 

Potable spring waters containing, sulphur, Iron, Magnesium and other mineral salts occurring in certain regions are claimed to be beneficialto human metabolism. The therapeutic value of such waters is questionable carbonated mineral water also contain lithium salts.

 

Natural fresh water supplies are derived indirectly from the oceans. The water flows over the surface or percolates in to the ground excess water flows back to the oceans completing the hydrological cycle.

 

Water supplies are classified as

  • INFEED CONVEYOR / AIR BLOW CONVEYOR:

8 FEET long infeed conveyor with S.S. guided. Empty bottles have to be loaded manually on this conveyor.

 

  • RINSING SYSTEM (18 head)

 

The bottles are automatically picked by the rinsing rotor, using spring loaded grippers. Bottles are inverted automatically to start the rinsing cycle which in most cases used product water as the rinse medium. Mechanical rinse valve provides the feature , which safeguards against wastage of treated water. Than after bottles are held at the neck, there is no distortion of the bottle profile. At the end of the rinsing cycle, the bottle is drained of most residual water, before being straightened out and handed over to the filling rotor.

 

 

  • FILLING SYSTEM 24 head)

 

The filling system fills every bottles to the desired volume adopting the Vent pipe filling principle for accurate filling.The mechanical spring loaded filling valves are actuated automatically by the bottles when lifted up to commence filling.In this stage again the bottles are held at the neck by neck holding lifters.

  • PRICE : The prices mentioned are ex Lucknow (India) works and are exclusive of wooden crate packing charges, sales tax, forwarding charges, transit insurance charges, octroi, installation and commissioning charges, etc.

Prices mentioned are firm, however, in case of major variation in prices of raw materials, Dollar currency and inputs , we will revise the prices on presentation of proper documents for the same.

 

  • TAXES & DUTIES : All applicable taxes will be as per the structure prevailing at the time of delivery from our factory. 18 % GST EXCLUSIVE.

 

  • EXCLUSIONS : Our scope does not include the following items of works / supply :

 

  1. All civil work

 

  1. External water connections up to the rinse and fill pumps provided on the machine.

 

  • Electrical supply through an isolated main switch to our electrical panel.

 

  1. Power, water, hand tools, labour for machine erection and commissioning to be done at site.

 

  1. Any other item not specifically mentioned in our scope of supply.

 

 

4) TERMS OF

PAYMENT : 100% Advance payment has to be made along with written purchase order in the form of cheque / DD / Pay Order. Balance payment will be in the form of DD/ Pay order , against our Performa invoice. Delivery of the machine will be subject to receipt of full payment as per our Performa invoice, along with related documents.then delivery will be executed after realization of the cheque. All bank charges involved in preparation of DD/ Pay Order will be on buyer account.

 

 

If balance payment is not received within 15 days from the Date of intimation of readiness of the machine then we will charge extra @2% per month on the balance payments towards interest and holding costs.

 

  • DELIVERY PERIOD : The delivery period for Machine will be 30 working days. The above delivery periods will be

 

effective                                    from:

  • the date of receipt of full 100% advance payment, as per our

 

  1. written purchase order clearly stating the equipment to be supplied

 

  1. date of receipt of final bottle / cap / cap sleeve and body label samples required for parts processing.

 

  • INPUTS REQUIRED : We will require certain inputs of machine parts processing and Predespatch trials as under. The following inputs must be provided within seven days of order placement:

 

  1. Eight bottle samples of each size over the entire range

 

  1. Hundred cap to be run on the machine.

 

The above samples submitted will be treated as final samples and no change will be permitted after receiving the same. In case any parts have to be modified / reprocessed due to change of inputs , the same will be done on chargeable basis. The following inputs must be provided, upon due intimation, for predespatch trials of the machine:

 

  1. minimum 1000 bottles of each size over the entire range.

 

  1. 5000 caps to be run on the machine.

 

  • 100 samples each of cap sleeves and body labels for each bottle size.

 

ALL THE ABOVE INPUTS HAVE TO BE PROVIDED TO US AT OUR FACTORY AT YOUR OWN EXPENCE.

 

  • TRANSPORT : Transportation of the machine from our factory has to be arranged by you. We will arrange for loading of the equipment at our factory. However unloading at site has to be arranged by you. Our responsibility ceases once the goods leave our factory and are handed over to carrier. We do not undertake any liability for damage/ loss in transit whatsoever , whether the goods are insured or not. In case of any damage / accident during transit, the client has to directly deal with the insurance company without holding any payments , irrespective of the insurance arranged by Consigner or Consignee.

 

  • INSPECTION : We offer inspection of the machine at our factory, by your technically competent representative, prior to dispatch . This person should be present on our factory during packing and loading of the machine. In case you are not deputing anyone for predespatch inspection, then we will not entertain any dispute arising our of short supply, quality, workmanship, functionality, operating parameter, etc. once the machine is dispatched.

 

  • FACTORY TRAINING : We will impart training to your operating staff in our factory before the machine is dispatched, at no additional cost. However , his lodging-boarding and local traveling expenses will have to be borne by you. This person should be technically competent to uncrate and assemble the machine at site before the arrival of our commissioning engineers. He must ensure that ground work necessary at site is competed in all respects before machine commissioning, He must be competent enough to be able to run the machine and carry out routine maintenance , once the machine is handed over after commissioning.

 

 

 

 

  • INSTALLATION : The machine has to be uncrated and placed in working position by you at site. You have to carry out all the external power and water piping connections at site. The machine must be available in the fully assembled condition when our commissioning engineers arrives at site. All charges like Visa, Air Ticket, lodging, boarding, to & fro and local conveyance should be provided by client scope.

 

  • COMMISSIONING : We will depute our commissioning engineer upon written confirmation about the following

 

facts:

 

  1. a) Availability of at least five thousand correctly blown bottles of each size, along with caps /

 

.                                    cap sleeves and body labels

 

  1. Completion of all the ground work at site as per instructions provided.

 

  • Uninterrupted supply of three phase electrical supply at 440 V , required for machine operation. Our commissioning engineer will spend a maximum of seven days at site, hence the completion of all necessary ground work must be ensured before his arrival. The lodging-

 

boarding expenses for our engineers, along with local traveling expenses, over the number of days spent, will be on your account.

 

During The Time Of Commissioning ,Loading & Unloading, To & Fro, Lodging & Boarding & Labors will be Provided by the client.(Total Two Person will be allotted for Installation & commissioning of Plant.)

 

  • SPECIFICATION : In line with our policy of continual improvements, we reserve the right to modify the design and change the specifications and make of any material, if in our opinion such modification leads to an improvement in the performance of the machine. Therefore specification , illustrations, dimensions, offers, drawings or photographs are not binding in detail.

 

  • WARRANTY :Subject to the terms of payment being punctually complied with and the equipment being operated properly, our machines carry a one year warranty, starting from the date of billing, against any manufacturing defect. Under the terms of our warranty, we are committed to repair or at our discretion, replace any defective component found within the said period. However, the defective parts must be sent to us by suitable means, at your expense, before seeking a replacement:

 

This warranty :

  1. Does not extend to consequential damages or losses.

 

  1. Is null and void of any modifications are carried out without seeking our approval in writing.

 

  • Does not cover electronic and electrical parts of the machine.

 

  1. Does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear such as vee belts, coil of solenoid valves,bearings,heaters,indicating lamps, etc.

 

  1. Does not cover deterioration / failure of equipments due to adverse atmospheric conditions prevailing at site, improper usage and incorrect/ inadequate operating voltage.

 

Suggested spares can be purchased for stocking at the time of delivery at additional cost.

 

  • CANCELLATON OF ORDER : Order once placed, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. In case of orders being cancelled, then the entire amount of advance payment will stand forfeited.
