Our Scope of work will consist of:

 

• Air-cooled Chiller Model No. SRAC-036X2SC of 36TR capacity with
• Hermetically Sealed Scroll Compressor from Danfoss / Copeland.

 

 

Accordingly your scope of work will consist of:

 

• All civil work, masonry, RCC work such as making supporting structure
• for chiller, breaking and making good of walls, slabs, construction of pipe /
• cable trenches, platforms for the equipment, any excavation work
• Condenser water pumps, Cooling towers, Chilled water Tank, makeup water tanks, etc.
• Total interconnecting piping & insulation work, outside the base frame of our supplied

 

Total interconnecting power cabling other related electrical work,

outside the base frame of our supplied equipment.

 

• Unloading, Positioning and installation of all the equipment at their proper place, with due

 Any other material / work, which is not included within

our scope and may be required for the proper commissioning

• Routine maintenance of the equipment, filter replacement, cleaning of condenser coils or heat
• Damage due to freezing of condensing water, inadequate or interrupted water supply, use of corrosive water or rearrangement of plumbing
• Damage caused by accident, misapplication, abuse, alteration, tampering or servicing by other than an authorized representative of
• Damage resulting from use of equipment in corrosive Normal
• deterioration of the equipment due to atmospheric conditions and deterioration
• of the equipment on account of rusting, etc. due to idling or improper storage.

• Damage due to negligence or lack of proper maintenance, improper handling
• by the Purchaser or his employee or agents in case of repairs of

Price Escalation:

 

The price quoted is based on the present day cost to us of materials,

bought-out parts and components.

Any increase in their cost will be added to the agreed contract price and

will be payable by the Purchaser against presentation of our invoices.

 

Payments Terms:

 

40% of the order value as security deposit along with the order and balance 60% plus

all statutory taxes and levies as applicable at the time of supply shall be payable

against proforma invoice prior to despatch. All payments should be made by means

of a bank draft taken out in the name of the company. All payments are

non-refundable and non-interest bearing.
